Ground turkey is great for making burgers. Lighter than their
beef counterparts, turkey burgers really let any flavors you
add shine. These are studded with tangy feta cheese and
herbs. Serve them as you would any burgers, on buns with
your favorite fixings.

INGRIDIENTS
⅔ POUND GROUND TURKEY
3 TABLESPOONS CRUMBLED FETA CHEESE
1 TABLESPOON CHOPPED FRESH DILL, OR 1 TEASPOON DRIED DILL
1 GARLIC CLOVE, MINCED
1 TEASPOON DRIED OREGANO
½ TEASPOON KOSHER SALT
½ TEASPOON FRESHLY GROUND BLACK PEPPER
NONSTICK COOKING SPRAY
HOW TO MAKE IT
1-In a medium bowl, combine the turkey, cheese, dill, garlic,
oregano, salt, and pepper and mix well. If you use your
hands to combine the ingredients, be careful not to
overwork the mixture. Form the mixture into two patties.
2-Spray a grill or grill pan with cooking spray and heat to
medium-high heat. Cook the burgers until they are cooked
through and have grill marks on both sides, 6 to 8 minutes,
depending on how thick you make them. Serve hot.
PAIRING TIP
You can make a quick tzatziki sauce to top your
burgers. Grate a peeled cucumber on the large holes of a box
grater. Mix the shredded cucumber with ½ cup plain yogurt, ½
small grated garlic clove, and 1 tablespoon fresh dill or 1
teaspoon dried dill.
STORAGE TIP
You can opt to freeze one or both burger patties
before cooking. Wrap them tightly in plastic wrap and freeze
for up to 3 months. To serve, thaw in the refrigerator
overnight and then cook as directed.
