This sweet and savory shrimp takes just about 30 minutes to

INGRIDIENTS
¼ CUP HONEY
2 TABLESPOONS SOY SAUCE
JUICE OF ½ LEMON
1 GARLIC CLOVE, MINCED
8 OUNCES PEELED AND DEVEINED SHRIMP
2 TABLESPOONS OLIVE OIL
KOSHER SALT
FRESHLY GROUND BLACK PEPPER
HOW TO MAKE IT
1-In a small bowl, whisk together the honey, soy sauce, lemon
juice, and garlic.
2-In a medium bowl, toss together the shrimp and half the
sauce (reserve the remaining sauce for later). Cover and
refrigerate for 15 minutes.
3-In a medium skillet, heat the oil over medium-high heat.
Add the shrimp, discarding the marinade. Add a pinch each
of salt and pepper and cook, turning occasionally, for about
4 minutes, until the shrimp are cooked through.
4-Pour the reserved sauce over the shrimp and cook, stirring,
until the sauce thickens, about 3 minutes more. Serve hot.
OPTIONAL FINISHING TOUCH
Garnish with sliced scallions.
